Monthly Subscriptions
- Full refund available within 14 days of initial purchase
- No refunds for partial months after the 14-day period

Annual Subscriptions
- Full refund available within 14 days of initial purchase
- Pro-rated refunds available within the first 30 days
- After 30 days, you may cancel to prevent renewal but no refund will be issued
Lifetime Access
- Full refund available within 14 days of purchase
- No refunds after 14 days due to the nature of lifetime access
2. One-Time Purchase Refunds
For individual report purchases (Deep Persona Report, Compatibility Analysis, etc.):
- Full refund available within 14 days of purchase
- Refund requests after report delivery will be reviewed case-by-case
- No refunds for reports that have been downloaded or viewed in full
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

If you signed up for a free trial, you won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged.
6. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation stops future charges but doesn't provide a refund for past payments. Refund returns money for a purchase you've already made. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings.
7. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds typically take:

- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Apple Pay: 5-10 business days
