MysticEast Product Scope
MysticEast is an online Eastern wisdom and AI self-reflection product operated at mysticeast.uk. It includes Energy Persona discovery, BaZi analysis, I Ching oracle readings, compatibility analysis, daily and weekly Chinese horoscope content, annual forecasts, talisman-style creative outputs, account journey features, sharing flows, energy points, and related paid reports or subscriptions.
How This Supplement Applies
This product supplement is read together with the SZLK Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie / Tracking Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Data Rights Notice, Do Not Sell or Share Notice, and AI and Entertainment Disclaimer. It records the facts that are specific to MysticEast.
Account and Product Data
MysticEast may process account email, sign-in and session information, profile state, subscription status, referral state, energy balance, journey progress, birth date, optional birth time, gender where submitted for BaZi, zodiac sign, element, Day Master, generated persona or BaZi results, compatibility inputs for another person, and sharing tokens created at the user's request.
AI and Service Processing
For requested readings, reports, horoscopes, oracle interpretations, compatibility analysis, or creative outputs, MysticEast may send the minimum relevant user inputs and context to trusted AI service providers. AI-assisted outputs are generated for entertainment, self-reflection, creativity, and personal growth, not professional advice.
Payments and Paid Access
Paid options may include monthly access, lifetime access, deep persona reports, compatibility analysis, annual forecasts, or similar digital products shown at checkout. Payment details are handled by the payment processor. MysticEast records the purchase, subscription, access, and delivery state needed to provide the paid product.
Delivery and Refund Facts
Subscription or lifetime access is delivered when the account receives the paid access. A one-time report, forecast, analysis, or generated asset is delivered when it becomes available in the product. Refund review may consider whether access was unlocked, a report was generated, or the paid output was viewed or used.
Cookies, Privacy Requests, and Preferences
MysticEast may use necessary cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, security, checkout, preference saving, product operation, analytics, and user-requested features. Optional analytics, advertising, or similar technologies should follow the product's cookie controls and applicable consent rules. Storage and Retention
Account records, paid-access records, generated readings, sharing records, consent records, privacy requests, and product analytics may be retained while the account is active and for as long as needed for service delivery, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, legal compliance, or audit evidence.

MysticEast may use service providers for hosting, account access, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, AI processing, search or research support, storage, security, logging, and customer support. These providers may process data only as needed for the purposes described in the shared legal documents and this supplement.
